Avalon Building

This unique project involved a renovation and addition to one of Rochester’s oldest commercial buildings, formerly the Avalon Music Building. At the corner of Broadway and Civic Center Drive this local landmark allowed Accord Electric to showcase its capabilities. Now home to a new restaurant, additional apartments, and a new elevator for access to all floors this project had several challenges that were met
